Gordon Tsang is a partner at Stevenson Wong & Co, as well as at its associated firm, AllBright Law (Hong Kong) Offices. He has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including pre-IPO restructuring and financing, Hong Kong and US IPOs, M&A, loan and financing transactions, corporate governance and general compliance for listed companies and private enterprises.

Gordon Tsang serves as the company secretary for Mabpharm, Sundy Service, and 1957 & Co (Hospitality). He also acts as the annual legal adviser for several listed companies.

Tsang has recently assisted numerous companies in listing on Nasdaq, including Diginex, Ming Shing Group Holdings, Galaxy Payroll Group, QMMM Holdings, Junee, Garden Stage, Prestige Wealth, Millennium Group International Holdings, CBL International, Magic Empire Global, Intelligent Living Application Group, Zhong Yang Financial Group, Hywin Holdings and Oriental Culture Holding.

Tsang has received various awards in recognition of his expertise in advising clients on complex capital market transactions and corporate acquisitions. He was recognised by Legal 500 in capital markets (equity) in 2024 and 2025, awarded Asian Legal Business’ Hong Kong “Rising Stars” in 2024, IFLR1000’s “Rising Star Partner” in 2023 and 2024, and LexisNexis’ “40 Under 40” from 2022 to 2024.
